Users must provide accurate registration details, secure their accounts, and report unauthorized access.
Website Review Day is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of an account due to user negligence.

Users may not submit unauthorized websites, scrape data, manipulate the platform, or engage in fraudulent activities.
Any attempt to exploit, bypass, or interfere with the integrity of Website Review Day’s platform will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

Reviews are based on publicly available data and do not modify website functionality.
Reports are advisory in nature and do not guarantee compliance with regulations.
Website Review Day is not liable for any penalties, ranking changes, or damages that may result from actions taken based on the recommendations provided in our reports.

Services include one-time reports, time-limited services requiring manual repurchase, and access to the expert marketplace.
Refunds are not available after services are delivered, except when a paid report fails to generate in a timely manner due to a platform error.
Refunds will not be provided for user errors, misinterpretations of reports, or dissatisfaction with report findings.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for eligibility.

Any disputes between users and experts must be resolved directly between the parties.
Website Review Day is not a party to any contract between users and experts and shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from these engagements.

Reports are owned by the purchasing user and cannot be resold.
Platform content is protected under copyright laws.
User data is not shared or sold.
Website Review Day reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement and research purposes.

Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation in Zurich, Switzerland.
If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in courts as applicable.
Users waive participation in class action lawsuits.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.Website Review Day reserves the right to refuse service to any user at its discretion.
In the event of an account suspension or termination, affected users may appeal the decision within 14 days by contacting our support team via the contact form at https://websitereviewday.com/contact.
Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Website Review Day reserves the right to make the final determination.
Repeated violations or fraudulent activity may result in permanent account suspension without appeal.

We may update this policy periodically.
Users will be notified of significant changes affecting their rights or data usage through one or more of the following methods:

- direct email notification to registered users.
- a requirement for users to review and accept the updated policy upon their next login.
